Yes, you can add a direct link in your CMS account, to any PDF on the internet.

After navigating to the section in your CMS account to link the PDF, please do the following:

1. Find the PDF file online that you want to include.
2. Make sure the web address in full (URL) ends with .pdf
1. E.g. https://www.localbusinesswebsite.com/restaurantmenu.pdf
3. Copy and paste the full web address into the text field below the Choose File button.
4. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

This will fetch the contents of the PDF from the web address and save a copy to your account that is not dependent on the source you retrieved the file from, to remain active.

NOTE: Uploading multiple PDFs at once will take several seconds longer to process. We recommend linking to one PDF at a time.
