There are two ways you can upload images in any of the image slots in our Hinfo CMS. Please refer to each step to check, accordingly, depending on the function you are trying to use.

Attach Image Stored on Desktop PC:

• Please make sure the image file ends with any of the following:
• .jpg
• .jpeg
• .png
• Make sure you click on the Choose File button to bring up the window displaying files on your computer.
• Check if the image can be opened on your desktop computer in a Photos type of application. If it does not, the file itself may be corrupt and would not be read correctly by our CMS.
• If a squared outline for an image is shown alongside your text details and a Remove button appears below it, test each of the following:
• Refresh the webpage to see if it's a one-off loading issue.
• Navigate to another section of the CMS and go back to it.
• Try a different web browser for uploading the image (we recommend Google Chrome for Windows and Safari for Mac).
• Click on the Remove button underneath and then reupload the image.

Use Image from Web Address:

• Please make sure the full web address/URL ends with the following as no other file formats will work.
• .jpg
• .jpeg
• .png
• E.g. https://www.localbusinesswebsite.com/imagename.jpg
• If you are uploading an image from social media (Facebook or Instagram), please save the image itself to your computer then upload via the Choose File button.

If you are still experiencing any issue after testing all the above, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your property name, member ID, and details on the heading/section in use and attached copy of the image you are trying to upload.

NOTE: Please make sure you have permission to use any copyright protected images from local businesses before uploading them to our CMS.
