Support / Secure Details
We have a few sensitive details to deliver to guests. How can we do this through Hinfo?
Our Hinfo service has a built-in Secure Details feature, which limits certain details/services to guests that have verified they are at your property.
To provide these details for a single room type, please do the following after logging into your CMS account:
- Navigate to the Property Details section via the navigation side menu, under the Primary Sections heading.
- Click on the View Details option for the room type you need to include sensitive details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and look for the Secure Details heading.
- In the first text field, please include a password that guests will need to enter to view these sensitive details if they did not find your property via their current location.
- Add all the sensitive details you want to include for this room type, including:
- Headings
- Details (including styled with bold, italic and underline)
- Images
- PDFs
- Videos
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Please complete all steps above for all your room types, where relevant. If you want to use the same password for all your room types, please include it again.
When completed, to make this feature available to guests, please click on the Publish Updates button in the bottom of the navigation side menu, then click on the Publish Now button that appears on the preview screen.
