Access Password:

The access password is added by you for each of your room types.

You can complete under the Secure Details heading in either the Account Details section or within each of your Amenities room types details.

This is designed to be the fallback solution if neither of the follow is used by your guests.

Current Location:

If your property allows it, your guests can bypass the access password step above, if they either tap on the Unlock via Current Location option, or by initially downloading your property's details/services via the current location option.

To enable this option, please do the following after logging into your CMS account:

1. Navigate to the Account Details section via the navigation side menu.
2. Scroll down to the Secure Details heading and click on it.
3. Under the Current Location Password Exemption make sure the Yes option is selected.
4. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Publish an information update, via the Publish Updates button in the bottom of the navigation side menu and then the Publish Now button.

This option requires guests to be on-site to use this function. We manually setup a radius around each property, to make sure each guest is on-site and not across the street.

QR Code Exemption:

If your property is utilizing our QR codes for website access and only have this accessible in your guest rooms, you can allow your guests to bypass the access password step when they scan your Direct Access QR Code.

To enable this option, please do the following after logging into your CMS account:

1. Navigate to the Account Details section via the navigation side menu.
2. Scroll down to the Secure Details heading and click on it.
3. Under the QR Code Password Exemption make sure the Yes option is selected.
4. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Publish an information update, via the Publish Updates button in the bottom of the navigation side menu and then the Publish Now button.
