Can we receive a notification each time a guest submits property feedback through Hinfo?
You can enable the ability, to receive an email with the guest feedback included in it, immediately upon submission.
To enable this feature, please do the following after logging into your CMS account:
- Navigate to the Property Feedback section via the navigation side menu, underneath the Communication & Services heading.
- Provide your email address in the Feedback Email Address field.
- Click on Save at the bottom of the email.
- Publish an information update, via the Publish Updates button in the bottom of the navigation side menu and Publish Now button at the bottom of the screen.
