Our property feedback feature allows your guests to provide direct feedback to your management via detailed/personalized questions based on their stay and is not published anywhere online.

Is feedback submitted via the Property Feedback feature, published online anywhere?

No, all feedback submitted by your guests are directly sent to your management only.
