How can we enable the property feedback feature?
Our property feedback feature allows your guests to provide direct feedback to your management via detailed/personalized questions based on their stay and is not published anywhere online.
To enable this feature, please do the following after logging into your CMS account:
- Navigate to the Property Feedback section via the navigation side menu, underneath the Communication & Services heading.
- Tick the checkbox and click on the submit button below it.
After enabling this feature, we recommend setting up either the standard or custom feedback.
Standard: This is a pre-set list of questions that covers all property types and sizes. These are also adapted to suit holiday homes.
Custom: This allows you to ask up to 10 questions with a comment or rating (out of 5) response type for each.
There are also two other important options to consider, regardless of whether you are using the standard or custom setup. Please use at least one of the following 2 options.
Feedback Email Address: This is an email address used to receive the feedback submitted by your guest.
Maintain All Feedback Submitted On Our Servers: This will save all guest feedback submitted for you to view in your CMS account at any time, via the View All Feedback button at the top of this screen. This option becomes available once a single guest has submitted feedback.
When completed, to make this feature available to guests, please click on the Publish Updates button in the bottom of the navigation side menu, then click on the Publish Now button that appears on the preview screen.
