If your property is using the standard mode for the Property Feedback feature, here are the list of questions that will displayed in each guests preferred language.
- Please rate your check-in experience out of 5.
- Please rate the facilities in your guest room out of 5.
- Please rate the cleanliness of your guest room out of 5.
- What was your favourite part of your stay?
- How likely would you be to stay with us again? 1 is Very Unlikely, 2 is Unlikely, 3 is Maybe, 4 is Likely and 5 is Very Likely.
- How likely would you recommend other guests to stay at our property? 1 is Very Unlikely, 2 is Unlikely, 3 is Maybe, 4 is Likely and 5 is Very Likely.
- Do you have any other comments or feedback for management?
- Finally, how would you rate your stay overall out of 5?
