Can we rename each section with our own names?
To provide a consistent experience for guests using Hinfo at multiple member properties, we apply only a single name to each section (excluding In-House Restaurants).
This is also helpful for familiarity reasons and assistance from anyone in the same family or staying the guest room at the same time.
Our service does adapt select headings to better suit holiday homes. E.g. Ask Reception for our guest messaging service, becomes Ask Guest Services.
If your property wants to promote on-site activities/events instead of local places/events, please do the following after logging into your Hinfo CMS account:
- Navigate to the Account Details tab via the navigation side menu.
- Scroll down to the Near Me or Activities heading and click on it.
- Tick the button for Activities so this will appear instead of Near Me on the guests end. This will also replace Near Me with Activities in your CMS account.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- To publish these changes, please click on the Publish Updates button in the bottom of the navigation side menu, then click on Publish Now.
If a section at your property is not in use, this will not appear for guests in either the home tab or bottom tab bar respectively.
