There are multiple possibilities for how this may have happened.
Please start by entering as a new guest in the Hinfo mobile app, by tapping on Leave in the top right of the Home tab then searching for your property again to redownload details.
If the listing still shows the incorrect image, please log into your CMS account, navigate to Near Me via the navigation side menu and click on the View Details button under the respectively named listing.
If the image preview shows an image, this should reflect what is displayed on the guests end. If it is different, please check if an information update is yet to be published and click on the button at the bottom of the navigation side menu.
If no image is shown in the preview, this means a placeholder image has been automatically added to this listing. If true, please contact our staff directly or email us at [email protected] advising the inaccurate image.
