How do guests select the room type they are staying in?
When guests go to view your property on our service for the first time, they will be asked to select the type of room they are staying in. E.g. 2 Bedroom Apartment or Penthouse.
This selection is then used to download the correct details for their guest room and is only required once per guest device per stay.
NOTE: This selection screen is skipped if your property uses only a single room type for all your property details.
