What details/services support Auto Translate?
Auto Translate is built-in to support our entire Hinfo service.
All English details provided are translated into each language enabled, excluding business names, street addresses and any files uploaded (brochures and images).
Auto Translate is also supported by all the following built-in services.
- Ask Reception / Ask Guest Services – Guest Messaging
- Food and Beverage Ordering
- Guest Service Requests
- Immediate Notifications
- Property Feedback
Each of these services will allow you to view/manage requests and messages in English. All responses will be viewed in your guest's preferred language, if supported.
