Is there a faster/express option for completing the initial setup?
During the initial setup, we offer multiple options to reduce the time and effort involved from your staff.
Here are the 3 ways we can speed up the setup process for you. All other sections require details from your property that only your staff know.
Amenities / Room Type Details:
If your property has a Microsoft Word Document (.doc or .docx) or PDF file of your hotel compendium details, we offer an option for you to upload these files to your CMS account, which we will fill-in for you to display details.
Depending on the number of details your property has to include, this will save you anywhere from 20 minutes to multiple hours of effort.
Near Me:
For each local place and event you wish to recommend to your guests, please include at least the name and suburb/town of each and we will fill-in the remaining details for each when completing this at our end.
Depending on the number of listings you provide (we recommend at least 20 places) this will save your staff a few hours.
Local Services:
For each local service you wish to include in this section (e.g. Airports, Banks, Doctor, Hospital, Places of Worship), please include at least the name and suburb/town of each and we will fill-in the remaining details for each when completing this at our end.
This will save your property up to 2 hours of time and effort.
