How can we view details that are already live for guests to use?
After publishing an information update on our Hinfo service, there are 3 ways to view the details that are live for your guests to see.
Hinfo Mobile App (iPhone, iPad, Android or Mac):
With over 90% of guests choosing to use our mobile app to view each property's details, you can search for your property on our service via either the Current Location button when on-site or via the Search via Name button with your property name.
Hinfo.com Website:
If you visit hinfo.com/findproperty and search for your property, you will be able to see what guests view on our website.
Published Content Section in CMS (Best for Multiple Languages and Auto Translate):
If your property is offering details and services in multiple language or want to view your published details without leaving your CMS account, please do the following after logging in to your CMS account.
- Click on the Published Content button in the navigation side menu, towards the bottom of the list.
- If you are offering multiple languages to your guests, please click on the language you wish to view.
- All details for your property in that respective language (or English) will be displayed.
