How do we update our property/guest room details provided to our guests?
Updating your property and local area details is completed in the same way as providing us your initial setup details.
Please navigate to the respective section the details appear in, via the navigation side menu in your CMS account, enter the details then publish the updated details.
To publish the updated details, please click on the Publish Updates – Preview Screen or Publish Updates Now button at the bottom of the navigation side menu. If the preview screen appears, please click on the Publish Now button at the bottom of the screen.
After the progress bar is completed, your updated details will be live for guests to view.
