How do we add our restaurant menus to Hinfo?
You can upload your restaurant menus to your In-House Restaurant listing on Hinfo, via either PDF upload, or web address URL to the menu directly.
Your property can include menus for any number of the headings below:
- Breakfast Menu
- Lunch Menu
- Dinner Menu
- Drinks Menu
- Dessert Menu
- All Day Menu
- Wine List Menu
- Takeaway Menu
- Specials Menu
- Snacks Menu
- Vouchers Menu
To upload menus for a restaurant, please do the following after logging into your CMS account:
- Navigate to In-House Restaurants via the navigation side menu, under the Communication & Services heading.
- Click on View Details for any of the respective restaurant listed.
- Scroll down to the relevant named menu heading and upload the menu via either of these options.
- PDF Upload: Click on the Choose File button and select the PDF file from your computer. The text next to the button will update to display your PDF files name, to show it is attached.
- Web Address URL: Bring up the webpage or PDF on your website of the menu directly, then copy and paste the web address link in the top navigation bar of your web browser and paste into the text field below the respective menu heading.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- These menus will now be uploaded to our servers. To preview the upload, scroll back down to their respectively named menu heading and click on the Published link that appears.
When completed, to publish these updates for guests to see, please click on the Publish Updates button in the bottom of the navigation side menu, then click on the Publish Now button that appears on the preview screen.
All updates will become visible for guests once the progress bar is completed.
