How do we send guests to our in-house restaurant(s) table reservation system?
If your property has an online booking reservation system for your In-House Restaurant(s), you can direct guests to this to book a table.
To do this, please do the following after logging into your CMS account:
- Navigate to In-House Restaurants via the navigation side menu, under the Communication & Services heading.
- Click on View Details for the respective restaurant (or a free slot).
- Scroll down to the Reservations heading.
- Find the website URL for your booking reservation system, then copy and paste it into the text field below the Reservations heading.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- You will need to publish these details for guests to see the reservations button, by clicking on the Publish Updates button in the bottom of the navigation side menu, then the Publish Now button at the bottom of the screen.
