Support / Immediate Notifications
Will guests receive any notifications from us in the Hinfo app if they do not have an internet connection?
If any guest does not have an active internet connection at the exact moment you send an Immediate Notification, they will receive this notification within a few seconds after regaining internet access, via Wi-Fi or mobile data.
This is one of the first checks every smartphone and tablet does when connecting to Wi-Fi or cellular, including in the mornings for example if you turn off your phone or tablet overnight.
