Does Hinfo offer QR code access?

Yes, our Hinfo service does offer QR code support.

There are two types of QR codes that we provide for your property:

App Download: Our Promotional Material Generator has a dedicated QR code to bring up the Hinfo app in the App Store on each guest's respective smartphone.

Property on Website: To access this after going live on our service, please visit Account Details -> Direct Guest Wi-Fi Access in your CMS account.

As of January 2022, over 90% of guests at all properties that promote both our mobile app and website (including via our Guest Getting Started Sheet) are choosing to download the app.

Around half of these guests are using the included App Download QR code and the others are searching for the app manually.
