The options to promote our Hinfo service to your guests include:
- Guest Getting Started Sheet
- Guest Wi-Fi Confirmation Screen after Connecting
- Booking Email Confirmations
- Pre-arrival SMS
The result is that guests can still view the same property and local area details, regardless of if it is via our mobile app or website.
NOTE: As of January 2022, over 90% of guests at all properties that promote both our mobile app and website (including via our Guest Getting Started Sheet) are choosing to download the app.
