Do we need to upgrade the Wi-Fi at our property before offering Hinfo to our guests?

We have designed our Hinfo service from the ground up, to adapt to your property's Wi-Fi, not the other way round.

If your guest Wi-Fi provides guest a speed of at least 10Mbps, your guests should not experience any major performance issues when viewing our property details.

This is achieved via major optimizations in our website and mobile app, with the app (as of January 2022) requiring less than 10MB to download. Some popular apps today can be up to 20x this for the app download alone.
