How do our guests access the relevant information for our property through Hinfo?
Hinfo is the most accessible digital compendium, when it comes to all the ways guests can view your property details, via either our Hinfo mobile app and/or website.
Here are all the options guest have, to access your property's details and services.
Hinfo Mobile App (iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac)
- Search for Hinfo on the Apple or Google Play App Store.
- Scan the QR Code provided on our Guest Getting Started Sheet (personalized copy available via Documents tab in CMS).
- Visit hinfo.com/app on your smartphone or tablet.
Hinfo.com Website:
- Scan a dedicated QR code for your property (available via Account Details -> Direct Guest Wi-Fi Access in your CMS account after going live)
- Visit hinfo.com/findproperty and search for your property via location or name.
With all these options above, there are multiple ways to promote these to your guests, including but not limited to:
- Guest Getting Started Sheet
- Guest Wi-Fi Confirmation Screen after Connecting
- Booking Email Confirmations
- Pre-arrival SMS
We recommend including our Guest Getting Started Sheet either at reception and/or in each guest room, in addition to any other options listed above.
