Can we include an information alert, with details on availability etc. for each menu in the Food and Drink Ordering service?

Each menu can be customized to include an information alert when guests start to view each menus item.

Can we receive a notification each time a new food and drink order is received?

Our Food & Drink Ordering service provides both sound effects when you have the incoming orders screen opened and you can also receive an email alert every-time a new order comes in.

Does Food and Drink Ordering only work for deliveries to the room?

Our Food and Drink Ordering service is designed for food and drinks to be delivered to guest rooms and optionally one of multiple other locations on-site, including the hotel pool.
If you want to utilize our ordering service for pick-up only, please do the following.

Do we need to include an image of each menu item in the Food and Drink Ordering service?

We recommend including images for as many of your menu items as possible, for a more visual experience for guests to know what they are ordering.
This is however not a requirement for all menu items.

Do we need to keep the incoming Food and Drink orders interface in the CMS, always open?

While it is recommended to keep our incoming food and drink orders screen always open, particularly if you received orders regularly during peak mealtimes, it is not compulsory.

Our Food and Drink Ordering service, allows you to set the availability start and end time for each menu independently.
If however, you have a whole menu that is not available for an extended period, you can also setup to hide this from your guests.

How do we mark a Food and Drink Menu Item as being unavailable?

We understand that not all menu items can be available every day, including for stock keeping reasons.

How do we provide multiple choice/selection options for our menu items?

Each menu item in our Food and Drink Ordering service can include up to 3 separate options, with 25 choices for each option.

How do we publish updates in the Food and Drink Ordering section?

All details submitted in our Food and Drink Ordering section, exclusively, are automatically published for guests to see.

How do we re-order our Food and Drink Ordering menu items?

If your property is finding some menu items more popular than others, you may decide to reorder these to be easier for guests to find.

How do we setup an alternative login for our staff to view/manage food and drink orders, separate from our whole CMS account?

How do we setup Food and Drink Ordering for our guests?

Food and Drink Ordering allows your property to accept orders from guests, wherever they are on the premises of your property, not just in their guest room.

How many food and drink menus and items can we include?

The Hinfo Food and Drink ordering service, allows for up to 20 menus and 50 items per menu.
Each item can be live or disabled accordingly and have separate menus for different times of day, including the availability times for each.

We are unable to service certain items in our Food and Drink Ordering menu temporarily. How do we work around this?

We understand that not all menu items can be available every day, including for stock keeping reasons.
Hiding menu items that are not available, eliminates the possibility of any guest being disappointed by its unavailability.
