What are all the ways we can promote Hinfo to our guests?
There are multiple ways to promote our Hinfo service to your guests, including via any combination of the following:
Guest Getting Started Sheet:
You can provide this in each guest room and/or at reception.
This is accessible via the Documents tab in your CMS account.
There is also an optional Guest Navigation Sheet you can also request via the Documents tab, which explains the basic navigation of our Hinfo mobile app and takes up to 2 business days for us to create and email you a personalized copy.
Guest Wi-Fi:
You can include a link on your guest Wi-Fi confirmation screen after successfully connecting to direct guests to download our mobile app or access your property on our website.
This URL is included in the Account Details tab under the Direct Guest Wi-Fi Access heading.
You can also link to our hinfo.com/app link so guests can easily download the app on their device.
Booking Confirmation Emails:
You can include a link in your booking email confirmations, to direct guests to download our mobile app or access your property on our website before arrival.
This URL is included in the Account Details tab under the Direct Guest Wi-Fi Access heading.
You can also promote our hinfo.com/app link and/or brief instructions to download the app on their device.
Pre-arrival SMS:
You can include our hinfo.com/app link in your pre-arrival SMS, to have a clean and direct link for guests to easily download our mobile app from their smartphones respective App Store (Apple or Google).
