What signage options are available for us to put in guest rooms?
Our Hinfo service includes a Promotional Material Generator, which is available via the Documents tab in your Hinfo CMS account, accessible via the navigation side menu.
This will allow you to promote our Hinfo service to your guests so they can download the mobile app to view your property or scan a QR code to view your property on our website directly.
This on-demand tool allows for the following options.
Format: A4 Portrait, A5 Landscape, A6 Portrait and Menu Holder. Both the A5 Landscape and A6 Portrait can be used for tent cards when commercially printed.
Background: You can either use the personalized colours for your property or select a white background with black text.
Print Margins: You can choose whether to include print margins, to make it easier for commercial printing.
QR Code: Every format allows you to include a QR Code that either streamlines the process to download the Hinfo mobile app or view your property on our website directly.
Language: Select either English or one of the many languages our service supports, if you are utilizing our Auto Translate service.
Secure Details Password: If your property is using this feature, you can include the password on the sheet.
After you select each option and click on the Create Promotional Material button, a personalized PDF will be generated for you to download.
