Can we create a printable copy of our property and local area details for elder guests?
Yes, we do provide the ability to download a printable PDF of your property and local area information.
To do this, please do the following after logging into your CMS account:
- Navigate to the Documents section, via the navigation side menu.
- Scroll down to the PDF Generator heading.
- Select all your preferences for fonts and colours to be used in the PDF when displaying details.
- Select the sections to display and the room type to display.
- Click on the Generate PDF button at the bottom of the section, then export and print accordingly.
Please keep in mind the environmental impact of printing these details. We recommend keeping these to a minimum and on-request.
NOTE: Any secure details provided in the Amenities section, will appear here for the respective room type selected.
