With your continual development, how often are you rolling out app updates?
Historically, we on average publish an app update for both our iOS and Android apps on a fortnightly basis (on iOS sometimes weekly).
We do this to guarantee that all guests experience a seamless and secure experience during their stay, while regularly releasing new features for your guests and management to benefit from.
Many features in our Hinfo service, including but not limited to the following, were not available in Version 1.0.0 of our Hinfo service back in April 2017.

- Multi-Language Support with Auto Translate
- Guest Messaging
- Food & Beverage Ordering
- Guest Service Requests
- Immediate and Scheduled Notifications
- Dark Mode
- Support for all newer iPhone screen sizes
- Support for foldable Android devices, including the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3.
If we were to develop all these features for our initial release and all other ideas we have yet to execute with our service, Hinfo would never be released.
Therefore we provide regular updates to ensure all new devices & operating systems are supported along with continually adding new features and benefits.
