How do I view our property's current membership status?
Your property has an active membership if guests can access your property's details/services via either our mobile app or website.
You can view your upcoming membership renewal date in the Billing section of your Hinfo CMS account and we will issue a renewal invoice prior to this date.
If you have any other questions regarding your account status, please contact us directly via [email protected] with your property name, member ID and details.
