How do we provide compendium details that apply to all room types?
You can apply new details to multiple room types, by completing the following steps after logging into your CMS account.
- Click on the Amenities button via the navigation side menu, under the Primary Sections heading.
- Click on the View Details link listed below your first room type listed.
- Scroll down to an empty heading and details slot.
- Add all details that apply to all room types, including Bold/Italic/Underline, images and PDFs.
- Make sure the checkbox next to Common for All Room Types is ticked.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of this screen.
When completed, to publish these updates for guests to see, please click on the Publish Updates button in the bottom of the navigation side menu, then click on the Publish Now button that appears on the preview screen.
