How do I upload/update an image to display in the Home tab for guests?
To add an image to display for guests in the Home tab, please do the following after logging into your Hinfo CMS account.
- Navigate to the Account Details tab via the navigation side menu.
- Scroll down to the Property Image heading.
- Follow the steps below for the various options for uploading/updating an image. Please note adding a new image will override the previously uploaded image.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- If your property is live on our service, please publish an information update for the image to appear for guests.
Attach Image Stored on Desktop PC:
- Click on the Choose File button on that page or in the respective slot.
- Find the image file saved on your computer in any of the following 3 formats.
- .jpg
- .jpeg
- .png
- .gif (exclusive to Property Image)
- Either double click the image or click on the Open or Upload button in that pop-up window, typically in the bottom right corner.
- Check the text next to the Choose File button says the filename that you just selected.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- After the page refreshes, scroll down to the slot you just upload the image for, to see the preview image.
Use Image from Web Address:
- Find the image online that you want to include.
- Make sure the web address in full (URL) end in any of the following 3 formats.
- .jpg
- .jpeg
- .png
- .gif (exclusive to Property Image)
- E.g. https://www.localbusinesswebsite.com/imagename.jpg
- Copy and paste the full web address into the text field below the Choose File button.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- After the page refreshes, scroll down to the slot you just upload the image for, to see the preview image.
NOTE: This slot only allows for a single image and this will appear for guests staying all room types. We recommend adding either a communal area picture or logo for your property.
