Does Hinfo require a constant internet connection?
Our Hinfo app does not require a constant internet connection, but our Hinfo website does.
When you log into the Hinfo app for your property, it will save almost all property and local area information to your device for offline use.
We have designed Hinfo to keep your data usage to a minimum, whether it be through the property's Wi-Fi or your own mobile data (3G, 4G and 5G).
This includes in our mobile app, downloading images and keeping them on the guest's device (until you tap on leave in the Home tab).
Webpages viewed (and each PDF for the first time) in the Hinfo app still require an internet connection, but links provided will be more directly relevant what you are looking for.
Reducing the number of webpages you need to load and navigate through, reduces both your internet data usage and effort.
