How do I download the most up to date details for the property and local area?
Our Hinfo app and website does all the work for you with detecting information updates from properties.
For our Hinfo app, you will need to either relaunch the app from the home screen or from scratch by doing the following:
- Close the app via the multitasking screen:
- iPhone Home Button: Double press the home button then swipe up on the Hinfo app preview. Press the home button to dismiss.
- iPhone Full Screen: Swipe up from bottom and hold for a second, then swipe up on the Hinfo app preview. Press anywhere else on the screen to dismiss.
- Open the Hinfo app again.
- If the property details are displayed immediately, there are no information updates.
- If updates are available, a loading progress bar will appear while the updates are being download to your device.
For website users, the new details will appear immediately after navigating to each respective section or refreshing the webpage you are viewing.
