What personal details are required to use the instant messaging service?
Before sending a message to your property's staff, we require guests to provide their first name and room number. That is it!
We require these 2 details so property staff know exactly which guest they are communicating with, in-case management need to deliver/fix anything in your guest room/apartment directly; or to record a late checkout etc. for your booking.
