
Hinfo Now Supports Guest Service Requests

As part of the Version 3.0 launch of our Hinfo service, we are announcing the exciting integration of Guest Service Requests.
Guest Service Requests, allows your guests to ask your management for additional amenities to be delivered to their room/apartment and/or request a time for various on-site services/facilities.
To explain how this feature works, lets break it down into 3 sections.

Use Cases
These are a few types of uses cases for guest services requests, that can easily adapt to any property type and the on-site facilities/services they offer.
Room Cleaning Requests, Towel Change or Pillow Change etc.
If a guest wants to have their towels changed, a firmer pillow or even want their entire room cleaned in the middle of their stay, they can now inform your management with ease.
By sending a request in the guests own time for any of these to your management, allows you to also acknowledge and respond in your own time.
Tennis Court Hire
If your property has an on-site tennis court, you can include a 'Book a Time' button or similar, to allow guests to send their preferred time for you to accept or provide a similar time that is available.
You can also include details within the request screen, to let guests know you can provide racquets and balls (if you do provide them) by allowing guests to leave a comment.
Spa and Massage Appointments
If your resort offers spa and/or massage sessions, you can promote this to your guests and allow them to request a time for your management to confirm.
You can communicate to the guests what they need to bring to the appointment and how early they need to arrive before their scheduled time.
Book a Table At Your In-House Restaurant
You can increase bookings at your property's restaurant by making it easy for guests to request their preferred time and how many guests dining for that booking.
How Guest Service Requests are Integrated into Hinfo
Guest Service Requests can be applied to multiple sections in the Hinfo app.
Our Hinfo CMS has a new section catered to managing all of these types of requests.
You can then assign each request to appear alongside any one of the following:
Amenities Headings

Requests can be assigned to any heading in the Amenities section.
This will appear as a button directly below the details of each respective Amenities heading.
For example, if you have a heading called 'Tennis Court' you can include you details in the Amenities section and then assign the 'Book a Time' button to appear below these details.
In-House Restaurants
Requests can be assigned individually to any one of the three in-house restaurants your property may have.
The button for this request will appear alongside all other buttons on the in-house restaurant details screen.
Scheduled Notifications
Scheduled Notifications allow your property to assign notifications to appear on a recurring basis, for promoting services available at your property and in the local area.
If you are using scheduled notifications to promote a specials night at your in-house restaurant for example, you can assign a request button to appear on this details screen to increase bookings.
Immediate Notifications
Immediate Notifications is another new feature being announced today, which allows you to send a notification in real-time to all guests staying at your property (with their prior consent).
Just like Scheduled Notifications, you can assign any previously published request types, to also appear within the details of your immediate notifications when viewed by your guests.
How Management Receive Requests

We have created a new dedicated interface for receiving requests from your guests.
This interface has the following features:
- Personalized To Reflect Your Property's Branding
- Multiple SFX to Choose From For New Incoming Requests
- Adaptable interface for viewing/accepting requests on a Desktop, Tablet and Mobile
- Send comment to guests when accepting/denying requests.
