1. Flexible Food Ordering Integration
Mobile Food Ordering has become the new normal in the last few years, including QR code ordering at tables when dining out.
With several food ordering platforms on the market, we saw an opportunity that allows for room service orders to be automated via your PMS/POS system of choice, while also having the flexibility to swap over to a different system in our digital compendium at any time.
In addition to our existing Food and Drink Ordering service, built-into our Hinfo service, we are now providing properties the opportunity to add a link to their own 3rd party food ordering system for guests to use.
This results in all orders being sent directly to your PMS/POS system, depending on the food ordering providers available integrations.
As this image illustrates, combining both our cost-effective Hinfo service and your preferred food ordering system, that works with your PMS/POS system, provides the best of both for a better overall guest experience.
This approach provides 5 major benefits, that are not possible with other mobile digital compendium providers, using more costly PMS integrations.
Compendium Not PMS/POS Dependent: Our Hinfo service does not restrict hotels to use a particular PMS/POS system, so you can take advantage of our easy-to-use guest directory.
Very Easy to Setup: All that is needed to setup guest access, is to add a link or upload a QR code supplied by your food ordering provider and publish an update.
Very Easy to Update: If you decide to change food ordering providers in the future, it is as simple as updating the link to the new system in your Hinfo CMS account and publishing an update.
Allows for Competitive Rates: With most food ordering providers, charging a percentage of each order, this approach allows you to shop around for the best possible commission rate.
Immediate Availability for PMS Support: By utilizing an existing 3rd party food ordering system, you greatly reduce the time and cost to add this ordering facility. This also helps to avoid any licensing or full integration fees.

2. Kia Ora - 4 New Languages with Auto Translate Support
In response to recent requests, we have added these 4 languages to our service, now totalling 18 languages + English.

These languages utilize our Auto Translate service and the automatic detection for guests to load Hinfo in their preferred language, if supported by your property.
But we wanted to make this goal even more viable than before. How?
3. Auto Translate Deluxe: All-in-one Translation Solution
Extending beyond the option to purchase each Auto Translate language separately, we are introducing our Auto Translate Deluxe package, which includes all languages we support.
Our Auto Translate service has greatly reduced the time and cost of providing multilingual compendiums.
This update further improves upon both of these.
Faster Updates
Updates are now infinitely faster, for all properties using Auto Translate.
If you have one subject of details to translate when publishing an update, it now only takes 2 seconds per language (98% faster than previously) to find and translate its details.
For the Auto Translate Deluxe package, it now only takes 30-40 seconds to action a single translation update for all 18 languages currently supported.

Our bulk-purchase Auto Translate Deluxe offer, includes all 18 languages for only AU$18.00 per month for single location properties.
This calculates to only AU$1.00 per language per month and is a massive 75% discount compared to spending AU$4.00 per language per month, when purchased individually.

4. Additional Fonts with Bold for Each
The last major update is a wider selection of fonts, to complement your property’s branding.
In addition to a couple of new fonts, we have added a bold variant of each one currently available.
These are included to allow properties the option to have bold headings in each section, particularly Property Details and Local Services, with scrolling lists of details.
All these updates are designed to improve communication with all guests, allow each property to be more personalized and allow any food ordering system to be added with ease, to increase revenue and automate processes for you.
